Cancellation Policy

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

No Visa No Pay, No Place No Pay

For 2021/22 academic year bookings, if you meet any of the conditions below, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Booking Fee and any paid rent payments,

(a) No Visa No Pay: if you don't get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 72 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 15 September 2021.

(b) No Place No Pay: if you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University, you need to send us the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. You must send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 15 September 2021.

Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, your Booking Fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

Guarantor

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.
